The credit union will temporarily close its Mauldin branch lobby from Monday through Wednesday, December 21 – 23, to help alleviate a staffing shortage due to COVID-19.
Staffing levels across all branches have become limited. The holidays are typically a time when the credit union anticipates employees will be away for personal time, but this year is compounded by additional pandemic-related outages as employees stay home to self-isolate per DHEC guidelines, or to care for ill family members. The credit union is temporarily repositioning staffing resources to appropriately support member services until levels return to normal.
During this time, the Mauldin branch Drive Thru will remain open for service, and all other branch lobbies are open for limited services. Wait times may be a little longer than normal due to staffing limitations and the Mauldin location’s lobby closure. Members may call the Contact Center, 800.336.6309, for assistance by phone, or use Online and Mobile Banking which are available
24/7.
