No more waiting on hold!
The credit union has launched Text Banking as an additional option for members to get up-to-the-minute account information and make transfers.
Using a text-enabled phone, members can send a text to 1-800-864-9215 with one of the following words:
- Balance
- Transfer
- Deposit
- History
- Pending
Upon account verification, the credit union will instantly reply with the requested information or action.
Text Banking eliminates the need for members to call and wait on hold for this information. Sending a text is quick and convenient, and provides information much faster than waiting for a representative on the phone. Members are encouraged to try Text Banking or Online/Mobile Banking to monitor account balances and make transfers.
