COVID-19 UPDATE: July 5, 2020 – Greenville Federal Credit Union will reopen its Mauldin and Wade Hampton lobbies on Monday, July 6, after temporary closures last week due to positive COVID-19 tests among employees at each location. Both locations have been cleaned and sanitized per CDC and DHEC guidelines and affected employees remain in self-isolation.
Lobby access will continue to be limited to loans, membership, new account applications, and coin machine and safe deposit box visits. The teller counters or “hubs” inside each branch will remain closed for cash or check transactions. All teller transactions will be processed in the Drive Thru.
Mask use has been mandated for all credit union branch employees since June 29, and protective sneeze guards are in place throughout all member service offices.
Lobby hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Thursday, and 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Friday.
Our team is closely monitoring COVID-19 developments, and if the virus continues to spread, we will adapt our plans as needed to ensure we continue to provide a safe and efficient banking experience and the excellent member service you know and expect from your credit union.
We appreciate your understanding as we do our best to protect the health and safety of our members and employees.
Stay well and safe.
