Following the latest recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Federal and State health officials, Greenville Federal Credit Union senior leadership has decided to enact part of the credit union’s Business Continuity Pandemic Plan to best protect the health and safety of employees, members and community.
Starting Thursday, March 19 and until further notice, lobby service at all branches will be suspended. The credit union will continue to provide banking services through its Drive-Thrus, Contact Center, ATM and Online/Mobile Banking platforms. Rest assured, your friendly branch staff will be here to take care of all of your needs through these alternate banking resources.
Extended Operating Hours – The credit union will extend its Drive-Thru and Contact Center hours to 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, to allow additional time during the day for members to address their banking needs.
Remember, Online/Mobile Banking and PhoneBranch are available for use 24/7. How-tos, FAQs and enrollment information can be found on our website.
Increased Night Drop Collection – Each branch houses a Night Drop in the Drive-Thru where members can securely drop off deposits. Deposits made to the Night Drop during regular business hours will be collected and posted as received during business hours. Deposits made after 6:00 PM will be collected and posted at 7:45 AM the next business day.
